Meet the team

Rob Brough, Co-CEO

Rob has spent the past 10 years leading Classic SleepCare – Classic VentCare’s parent company – with his partner Robert Fallan. Together they grew “Classic” from a California startup to a nationwide leader in respiratory health. Rob has senior executive experience in a wide range of business verticals including footwear manufacturing, agriculture, construction, digital marketing, and offshore staffing. He is an attorney by training with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence, Bachelor of Laws (Honors) and an MBA from Bond University in Australia. Rob splits his time between his home in Las Vegas and Classic’s offshore office in Manila, a 100 person operation which he built to supplement the US team (he now offers offshoring services to external companies through Healthscope Services).

Robert Fallan, Co-CEO

Robert has over 14 years of healthcare experience with senior executive roles primarily in sales and patient care. As Co-CEO of Classic SleepCare he has overseen the development of the sales force that resulted in the company’s national footprint. Robert is the heart of the company, the core of our caring culture, and as a former sufferer of sleep apnea, the direct tie to our purpose of providing best-in-class respiratory healthcare.

Bill Kleiman, COO

Bill has over 27 years of experience working in the DME industry with management positions in sales and operations. Bill is instrumental in managing patient care personnel and Classic’s sales force, ensuring that metrics and KPI’s are being met on a daily basis. Prior to his years in the DME industry, Bill managed a national employee leasing company as well as operating his own human resource consulting company. Bill served in the United States Air Force and obtained his BA in Business from Troy State University while serving his military obligation.

Katherine Royster, EVP of Business Development

Katherine joined Classic in 2018 directly from Philips Respironics. Katherine holds a BA in Economics from Denison University and has over 20 years of healthcare experience, holding positions in both DME and medical devices. She has acted in a vast array of progressive roles including sales, sales training, senior sales management, product marketing, and operations. A lifetime fitness enthusiast and distance runner, Katherine approaches her leadership role with the same tenacity as the long dusty trails of her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona.
